IRU has created a competency map to help salaried associates and their managers quickly identify online courses that support their development goals. Use this tool to review a sample of IRU’s online professional development courses that align with Ingersoll Rand’s Leadership and General Management competency categories.

After you’ve identified courses to be reviewed by Course Category in the map, simply click the Access Online Courseware link to log in, and navigate to the Catalog category in which the course is listed. You can also use the Search Catalog tool to quickly locate courses.
