If you have questions about whether training is required or should be taken during work hours, please speak to your Manager. If you choose to take an e-learning course that is not part of your formal development plan, e-learning offers you the flexibility to take the course anytime, including before or after work, during lunch, from home, or on-the-road if you have Internet access.
